The property was clean and located close to lots of amenities.Beds & pillows were fantastic! The room was large as we had 2 adults and 3 teenage daughters.

The beds and sheets were so soft and comfortable I had zero problems falling asleep and did not want to get up in the morning. Everything was meticulously clean despite the high volume of guests at the hotel. The hot water in the shower was excellent and the TV was good. The coffee at the breakfast bar was amazing me and my friend both commented how delicious it was and fresh. I will def be back when I come to CLT area again!

This property is consistently clean and comfortable. This was my 4th or 5th stay. It is in a great location, free parking, pool, and gym. Great value! The common areas are always clean. The staff is really friendly. Everything is always in working order. It might sound basic but if you travel a lot you know that for a location to consistently provide this level of cleanliness and service is significant. I am not a big fan of the breakfast but it is typical hotel breakfast, not anything against this property in particular.

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and eager to help. Room: we stayed 3 nights and when we got there it was clean and the room was large. Layout included two sturdy places to set suitcases- I love that - with roomy minifridge, big screen TV, a comfortable, long sofa area. Bath: large, well designed walk-in shower, well engineered grab bars, good water pressure, lots of room to spread out on the vanity, fluffy towels. At first glace, there were few wall sockets, but closer inspection revealed many extra sockets built into the desktop and bedside tables for charging our devices! We both slept better than we usually do in a hotel: the beds were very comfortable and the room darkening shade system worked great. Other amenities: the gym is well equipped and clean. Breakfast: wonderful! Fresh fruits and delicious sausages! My husband liked his carb choices, but I'm diabetic: it's not often I get as many protein choices as provided. Very handy that it started at 6AM, too. To have 5 to 6 hot tea choices plus good coffee and 2 juices was fabulous.

The location is about 10 minutes from the Concord Mills Mall. It has multiple food options nearby and at least 4-5 restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has a kitchen/restaurant in the lobby as well. The facilities are well maintained and friendly staff. The breakfast was awesome! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, orange juice, apple juice, different types of milk & coffee. The way it was set up it was easy to move around and dip our plates.

Friendly staff received and assisted us during the stay. Everything was clean and good quality towels and linen are used. There are two big drawers and two suitcase racks available, which makes the handling of luggage easy. Meat dishes presented with breakfast were changed daily and the fruit and juice were fresh. Our room had the most beautiful views of sunset. I am a sensitive sleeper and was not disturbed by any noise during our 3 day stay. The hotel is within about 20 minutes walking distance from the blue line train, which runs to the city centre.
